Question WWI German Belt Buckle ID

Hi guys, Been away for awhile but its good to be back. I am having trouble identifying this WWI German buckle. Any ideas? Steve

Hope you get an answer; I had an identical belt and buckle a long, long time ago, and never did find out anything about it. Then a "friend" nicked it.......
