PT Boat Search Light on Ebay

I thought this was an interesting item, I found it just now on this site under the Ebay advertisement: Item number: 260232125568

I can't remember anyone foolish enough to turn one of these lights on while on patrol, but that bit of PT boat equipment it is a familiar image to me. Can't be too many of these around anymore. The fellow selling it states its from the PT boats burned at the end of the war at Samar.
