Lightbulb Canadian Army.. lookinng for father's army photo

Hello.. I have been searching for my dad's army picture.
Mom lost it years ago from moving..
I have been to the Canadian National Archives but they could not help me at all. I do have his dog tag number.
Is there any way of finding hos photo?
My mom is getting on in age and I would like to surprise her with it.
I know my dad would be proud of me if I found it for my mom.
My father has passed on 25 years now..
Thank-You Kindly,
Warmest Regards...

What Regiment was he in?
Maybe they may have some in the Regimental Museum.

He was stationed out of Camp Borden Ontario
I have no other information except for his dog tag number and his metals.
Thank-You for replying so soon..
I appreciate it very much.

If you know his Army Number contact the Canadian National Archives and apply for his Service Record.
That will tell you everywhere he went.
There may even be a photo in the file.

Info on applying for them here.
