Re: Metal tanks by Minichamps
I have just the ones from Century 21 toys. That you can find at Walmart and Toys R Us. That and the little 1/444th scale ones. Ill have to keep an eye out for the Minichamps.

Re: Metal tanks by Minichamps
For the money - and they are cheap - the Century 21 Toys are surprisingly good ; I like their Sherman Firefly, Panzer IV and Jagdtiger. They make very attractive 'collection fillers' while I'm waiting for Minichamps to provide die-cast versions......

Re: Metal tanks by Minichamps
I think they are great, awesome tank models but they really do need a touch of weathering, the tracks need a touch with the airbrush as well...
They look just like out of the factories which also isn't so bad but i personally go for the battle -worn, dirty look !
I will buy a couple of minichamp tanks and give them the battlefield look
