Why are the poor crews clothes so shiny?

Re: bronco 1/35 Comet tank
Yes he did an excellent job on the tank painting but the shiny clothes take away from it.
When you go back to work, give him a dope slap for me !

Re: bronco 1/35 Comet tank
Well, in that case it's just a matter of spraying them with a flat varnish can ...

Re: bronco 1/35 Comet tank
Nice looking job on a classic vehicle.
I was so pleased when Bronco released the kit but also faintly disappointed when I saw they'd left a mantlet cover out... I'm rubbish with Milliput... I also thought I'd have to go for the camouflage netting wrapped around the gun and that really scared me off. What did your mate think of the model?
Did you say you were doing their Bailey bridge? How's that? Great news that they're finally starting to do some decent British stuff.
Bronco Model
I think I'm just going to have to buy the Humber unseen.
Cheers,
Adam.
A little bit of extra reference if anyone fancys doing a Comet :

Great photos Adam
iam going to put camouflage netting on mine & was trying to finds some photos last night in one of my books
On the Bronco model i had to by a new gun mantlet from accurate armour & my mate said i would of being better of buying the accurate armour kit
I thinking of getting my mate to build the bridge
My next buy will be the Humber to, as it reminds me of the start to the film bridge too far with michael l caine sitting on top

Re: bronco 1/35 Comet tank
I get the horrible feeling that the only way I could manage convincing netting like that is by buying the Eduard stuff or similar... And that's not only quite pricey, but hard too .
A few more shots I grabbed of her in case they're any use. (and I just can't resist it ):
Cheers,
Adam.
