Default Hi, From Ohio

Hello all found this forum by accident looks like some good reading. My grandfather was on the LST 890 and went through typhoon louise . I am hoping to find as much information as I can on that ship and crew. He passed from an anorisim before I was born so I dont have allot to go on.
