Oh Canada! Hail from the great White North.
Hello,
I am very happy to have found your site. I am excited to mingle with like minded people and spend hours discussing and arguing over the topics that interest me most. As I can see from your discussions, I can have much to add and much to learn from all of you.
I studied History in University for five years and it has always been my passion in life. At first my interest was in the Ancient world but more resently I have become enthraled in the conflicts of the 20th century and the era of the Second world war.
In my free time I still study History (What a geek!) or enjoy playing historical games both Digital and of the table top variety.
I live in Ontario (Canada)

This is a pair of Dutch resistance crystal radios, built into a small metal can, and a matchbox. The image is from a postcard bought at a Dutch Resistance Museum in Amsterdam. The matchbox is marked in Swedish, but Swedish matches were sold in Holland for many years..
