Ceraphix is on a distinguished road
Default Hey there

Hello to all,
I happened upon this forum by accident a few days ago, and read a few threads. I'm a major WWII geek, but it occurred to me that I'd never been in a WWII forum before for some reason, so I thought I'd give this a try and signed up. I'm especially interested in WWII vehicles and all parts of the Eastern and Western front.

Howdy Ceraphix and welcome to the forum. Love your avatar. Hasso von Manteuffel was a great leader. I especially like the story where he was at a crossroads meeting with Heinrici and Keitel. Keitel was rebutting Heinrici's order to withdraw towards Berlin and stated that he would personally give orders to the third pz army to stay where they were. Manteuffel responded that the Third Pz Armee followed only his orders and went where he went. Heinrici got his way.
