Greetings
Hello everyone. I'm from Maryland, USA, and I've always had an interest in WWII, especially from the technical/equipment/tactics point of view.
I discovered your forums during a Google search for depth charges. I'm not, generally speaking, a pc/video gamer. But I'm very much into the submarine simulation Silent Hunter III, which is a WWII U-boat subsim. Recently I've begun modding the game, and I very much desire to have my mods historically accurate. So what's better than to do that reserch on a forum like yours?

Second, I too found this place on Google, I searched for "World War 2 Forums", and for some strange and unexplained reason, this was at the top of the list. I wonder if it had anything to do with my key words...
This was after I was Tyrannically shunned from an indecent internet society that shall remained unnamed...those sons of whores!

This is a pair of Dutch resistance crystal radios, built into a small metal can, and a matchbox. The image is from a postcard bought at a Dutch Resistance Museum in Amsterdam. The matchbox is marked in Swedish, but Swedish matches were sold in Holland for many years..
