Newbie joining
Hello all! I found this forum today while searching for information on my grandfather and uncle.
I'm a 31 year old woman from Missouri and would love to learn more about WW2. My mother was born 13 days after Pearl Harbor was bombed, (we still have her ration book) and my dad was a WW2 baby. Born Jan 1943.
I am hoping that someone here can help me learn more about my father's side of the family. His father served in WW2 in the Army Air Corps and his uncle was in the Navy.
My father was adopted by his mother's parents, so he never knew his real father or that side of the family.

Re: Newbie joining
G'day ma'am, welcome to this fine forum and I hope you nor only enjoy your stay but find the information you are looking for, because we all pretty much know what it is like to have an interest in the past but not be able to know those little facts such as your fore fathers.
