Default My introduction.

1. Your Name: Whats your name? What would you like to be called? How did you come up with your member-name? My name is Kevin. I really don't have a specific name I would like to be called. Kevin, Kev, KevChek. Does not matter to me. I came up with my name for the forums simply because it's my nick name. It's the first three letters of my first name and the last four letters in my last name put together.
2. Age: How old are you? How long have you been interested in WWII? Well, I wasn't sure if I'd be aloud to be on this site simply because of my age. But I might as well see if it's alright before I start. I'm 14 years old. And I've been interested in WWII since the day I found out my Grand Father was involved in it. He was a Marksman. Mostly used the Thompson Sub-Machine gun. He fended off the enemy's and defended the lives of his country.
3. Origins: Where are you from? Well, I'm mainly from America. But my ethnic makeup is, German, Slovak, Indian, and Irish.
4. Specifics: What areas of WWII are you interested in? What would you like to know more about? Well, I'm very interested in Sharp Shooting in WWII. I'm already deciding weather or not I'm going to join the military to become one. I'm also currently writing a book on WWII. My book is about a WWII recruit that starts out in boot camp and shows his experiences in WWII. I'm hoping it will become somewhat successful. So mainly I'd like to know about the life of the WWII soldiers from the beginning to end of their journey.
5. Hobbies: What sort of Hobbies do you have? Are any related to World War II? Wargaming? Video-games? Memorabilia? Visiting historic sites? I have many hobbies, including researching WWII, and much more. As I said before my Grand Father was in WWII. I play Call Of Duty: World At War.
6. Other: What other time periods are you interested in? Specific eras? Why? I'm not really interested in any other period in time except for WWII.
7. Miscellaneous: Anything else you'd like to share with us? Uh, if you'd like. Add me on X-Box live, if you have it, my Gamer-Tag is KevChek. Hard to guess right? Haha.
Thanks,
-Kevin.

I wouldn't want to be around when an argument kicks off, but I wouldn't mind visiting for dinner.

Which part of India?

Welcome, Kev! Glad to see someone your age interested in WW2. Lots of folks here with a great bit of knowledge about WW2. There are also actual WWII veterans on the forum as well. On the members list at the bottom of the home page, names in bold blue are WWII veterans. And remember to search the forum for information as well. Enjoy!

Well, I'm not exactly sure about which part of India I'm from because..All I know is that my grandparents are from India. My Grandfather married an Indian.
Thanks,
-Kevin.

Fair enough, just wondered - it's a very beautiful country and here in England we have a good rapport with our Indian cousins.
