Hi y'all!
Greetings from Georgia (the one Sherman burned, not the ex-Soviet one)!
I don't know why it took me so long to join this forum!?! Been studying World War II since I wuz big enough to pick out my own books at the library. I even saw THAT very book on my last deployment in Uncle Sam's Canoe club. My home library stamp was on it as well as my name from signing it out more years ago that you care about.

Re: Hi y'all!
Welcome aboard. This is a nice place with plenty of info and fine folk, so enjoy your stay.
Visited Savannah a couple of years ago, and my wife and I loved it.

Re: Hi y'all!
I spent some time at Ft. Benning. I want to say that I enjoyed it, but it's not a good thing to tell a lie. Pretty country though. Welcome to the forums, and and we're all looking forward to what you have to tell us about.

We always welcome folks from Georgia (either one doesn't matter).

Re: Hi y'all!
Hello there, Orion. Welcome to the forums. I've spent a little time at a couple of your Georgia garden spots: Fort Gordon and Fort Benning.
