Wrong again. It is not part of the Blue Angels and it is not American.
The people who built the aircraft have a sense of humor and used to be our allies. It has two Russian engines.

I thought it was a lightning Azarakhsh the precursor to the Saeqeh fighter.

Looks like an MS 406 with Finnish markings or to be more precise a Mörkö-Morane MS 406.

That one is an original MS 406 one of 30 delivered from France. You can tell by the engine exhaust stubs among other things.

Well, my source identifies it as a Morane MS- 410, not 406; Anyway, TOS go ahead with another plane!

The MS 410 was prototyped from MS 406 s/n 1028 in May 1940. It featured a strengthened wing housing 4 7.5mm machineguns (vice the earlier 2). In June 1940 a second MS 410 s/n 1040 was finished. After France fell another 74 MS 406 were converted to the MS 410 standard by Ateliers Industriels de l'Air. These were used in part by the Vichy government while others were sold to Croatia and used in the Croatian Air Force.

In fact, in the photo you can see the wing bulge of the original single 7.5mm machinegun clearly. The MS 410 eliminated this in its wing design.
