WW2 vets sailing an LST across the Atlantic!

    Have you heard about these guys? Their average age is 72, and the are going to sail the 50+ years old vessel acroos the ocean. They have a webpage dedicated to their voyage, that includes the ships log:

    Take a look at some of the photos taken by navy aircraft during a flyby, you can see them waving from the deck.

    Yeah I also heard that they had to raise about $70,000 between them for the voyage. God bless'em!
