Please help me

    i am looking for any information i can find on Edward Lee Coker
    and Walter Crosslin. they both enlisted in 1943 and were at Fort Mcclellan. Mr cokerwas my grandfather and Mr Crosslin was my besat friends dad and we do not know much about them and we are desperatly looking for photos we have never seen any photos of them can you please help!!!!

    Best start for you both would be to write to the National Archives and see if they have your relatives military personnel records. about 73% of the records though were lost in a fire in 1973 so you may not have much luck, but its absolutly worth a shot. If you have any living relatives on your grandfathers side i would also ask them to see if they have anything like discharge papers or anything pertaining to his time in world war ii.

    It's a very long process to finding information out but once you find out piece by piece the time is worth it.
