Yes that is true,but in the first year of war (1991) was the worst...after that we were "good" guys...
Here is one city where many of my friends died during the war..Vukovar...also know as Croatian Stalingrad

I was fighting there for few weeks in the begging of the war...
After that i was in my home town that was also very important to the enemy
