Sounds like it will certainly be better Otto, and it is about time too, you have been talking about these changes forever, people might start thinking you actually have a life outside of this forum.:D:eek:

Likewise. You put a lot of work in here, and I'd like to see everything ship shape again. I've really enjoyed it so far. (And a note to anyone interested: I've been using Opera to browse the forums. It's fast, free, and I've had no trouble.)

Of course only a SymphonicPoet would decide to use Opera. Next I'll end up driving a Hyundai Sonata or an Austin Allegro.

I'm not sure if this helps any but, each time I get a warning it has to do with Adobe Acrobat/Reader ? Firefox seems to be the worse offender and Internet Explorer is working fine. I've had two attempts at being "hacked" today, (both on firefox) and after linking to other sites.
This is the attacking computer address:
    76.74.155. * 176,80 without the *
    ww another w. mtcashadvance.net etc:

I'm still getting the error :S

It should be long gone by now, shouldn't it?
It says that they've updated it 48 Hours ago..

We are now fully clean of the malware, though some locations might still carry the warnings. Not too much to remedy this other than letting some time pass.

Just tried to access " A German General Meets His Death". A large red screen warned of some kinda attack. I didn't stick around to look at what it said. Tried to access again and saw red and left . Never seen that kinda warning before... Just checked again and the page read " reported attack page". Some other stuff too. Ran away like a scared girl...Oh yea. Firefox....Also just now could not access "evolution of the tank...".

Ditto here in the same place also you can add the Info Requests page as another with this same frigging warning on it.

I've gotten the following warnings on my G5 (not a Malware) for at least the last seven days when attempting to enter General. I'm using Firefox. Can any of you give me some direction here?

    Re:
    Reported Attack Page!
This web page at www.ww2f.com has been reported as an attack page and has been blocked based on your security preferences.
Attack pages try to install programs that steal private information, use your computer to attack others, or damage your system.
Some attack pages intentionally distribute harmful software, but many are compromised without the knowledge or permission of their owners.

I'm still getting it on a couple of the areas, i.e. Information Requests, and General. I still have Vista (don't laugh), and used Google Chrome this time. It says that "Google" has detected the malware, my Norton didn't warn or alert since it was apparently stopped at the Google lead-in.

My understanding is that Otto has resolved the issue. Google lists the last time malicious software was detected was on the 9th. I would venture that we must simply wait the 90 days until Google once again list us as safe.

Ditto as is happening with Clint.

Mike, does this mean that I wait 90 days then try to access Info Req and Gen info sections?
