Oh Great! I suppose my "Ace" status is just bogus too? I'm NOT giving back the keys to my Thunderbolt. No Way, No How.

It means you have put your life on the line, and been wounded by friendly fire.
Lick your wounds, and come back for more action!

Can I follow your "Jug" with my XF8B-1 ("Full Keg"), just to make a comparison of flight characteristics?

Aw, GunnyBun... we can upgrade you to a Corsair, if you wish. You slice 'em... we'll dice 'em. LOL

Before ya' know it, we'll have an entire Squadron of a Miss-Mass of various aircraft! That would be confusing to the opposition. While they line up on a L-4, out of the Blue swoops a P-38 guns a'blazing! With a High Cap of a "Jug",a "Spitfire", that duel-prop counter-rotating thing the Col. wants to test out, a Corsair, the possibilities are endless.
Spitfire_XIV, one of my first models was a Spitfire! Had it - a ME-109, a Mustang, a P-40, a B-29 and a Sopwith Camel thrown in for good measure! All hanging from the ceiling of the bedroom. The 109 was naturally hanging inverted and in a spinning dive!

Hmm... Sounds a bit like The Confederate Air Force hanging around there, Gunbunny. haha If you insist on using the AT-6, can we paint it white w/rising suns added. Think how the Germans at Normandy might react to a radio message of "Tora Tora Tora Nyi!" (Tiger Tiger Tiger 2)
