Oooooh, please... do a google search on M-18 105mm and you'll get things like

"105mm Howitzer Motor Carriage T88 - M18 with its 76mm M1A1 gun replaced with a 105mm T12 howitzer, not a successful design, only one built."

    ;)

Although you didn't quite make it you were close enough (besides being the only contestant) so I guess it's your turn now.

I'll go to Best Buy and get a decent scanner (some-day) and post a Dump-Truk load of wierd vehicles for you to knock down one after another, or 20 at once.
There were lots of experimentals, from every nation back then. I can only look them up by what they sorta look like (Nationality), like most others.
Double gun, searchlight, anti-aircraft, 1 machine gun only, mine roller, airborn, on and on.
    Please go again

Let me take over since I'm the only one with initiative here. Ok, boys, let's see if you can crack this nut.

Israeli M3 Grant, which I can smugly attest I knew but should point out oh mighty initiative holder that right clicking on the image can take one straight to the rather good site it came from.
    ;)
    This Easy/difficuilt thing sounds intriguing.
    Cheers,
    Adam.

M3A1 Grant with M2 75mm late production model or having had several road wheels replaced. The vehicle in the background is a M3 Lee of unknown submodel but has had the commander's machinegun cupola removed likely making it an A3.

Note the counter weight on the 75. The M3 gun was longer so the M2 required a counterweight to balance the gun. The solid and welded web road wheels are later production items not found on early vehicles (done to prevent rocks and other debris from jamming in the spokes and breaking the wheel or suspension) Also note that the bogie trucks themselves have the return idlers behind the truck. These are later production items where the early M3 and M3A1's had the return idlers on top of the trucks.

    There you go T.A.
Accurate technical summation of the 'Bob Semple' there [IMG] , though I'm not sure I'd risk going up against a Dingo, Wombat or kangaroo in it. (The animals that is :D .)
    Next!

Based on several factors, I would say that was a Japanese tank. Since I had never heard of the Bob Semple tank, I see I need to do some more research.
