Come on Takao, like I haven't heard that one before, lol till I sob.

Wait, what about their 1960 NFL Championship. (Yeah, that doesn't count)

I thought your were a real fan of the Eagles. You forgot their 1948 & 1949 NFL Championship wins.

Don't fret KJ, just one crappy game, NFC East is known for those kind of Divisional games.

    Touche sir. Touche.

In my defense though, who the hell would want to be an Eagles fan unless its inborn, lol.

I went to that game with a buddy of mine from work, it was the first time I have been to a Lions game too, had a good time, the Lions winning made it so much better. By the way, glad you enjoyed the game too, it was a good shootout. :)

    Excellent.
How much did the day cost? Tickets, food, beer, parking etc.

yes. I would guess it would be at least a 200 buck day...i'd rather sit with buddies and watch for a grand total of 20-25 buck.
Plus- crowds/traffic. Grumpy enough without that added stress.
I like going to minor league baseball events. Always lots of parking, and often good ball too. Come away with a tan at the least.
Have to park strategically. Have seen many a windshield busted just to save a few steps. Rookies...

My friend bought season tickets, not sure how much those cost, we never bought food there, my friend had $40 of beer(a beer costs $10 each) while I had an $8 souvenir soft drink which allows you to get free, unlimited refills, while we didn't park at the stadium, so we didn't have to pay for parking.

Yeah, I am not holding out much hope for this one. Any given Sunday though. However, I will have many beverages so it may numb the senses.

My 'Boys gotta play them too, so if you all put 5 or 6 of them on injured reserve I won't be too upset. :)

Well Belasar, Bradford almost landed there. He was under fire all day: 6 sacks, four fumbles (2 lost).

Yes I watched the game as well. Utterly bizarre game. So many turn overs, so many stupid penalties on both sides. At the half not sure anyone wanted to win. I figure the Vike's weren't that bad, but beyond that I just don't know. Then there was Seahawk's/Cards game just when I thought it couldn't get weirder.

Sunday nite next should be interesting.

As a Vikings fan, it was painful to watch. The defense actually had a good game, but the offense and special teams were pretty awful. Not making excuses, but the O line is pretty beat up. They had to play Jake Long (whose been out of the game for a year) at left tackle. He had essentially one practice in pads before starting. Not a good recipe for success against a very good defense like Philly's.
