Gallipoli and Suvla Bay

    Writing about any battle from any war is difficult, particularly if one wasn't actually there at the time.
    Often a song is far more poignent than anything I could commit to paper.
    During April 1915 Australian and New Zealand troops; the ANZACS landed in the Dardanelles - Gallipoli.
    April 25th is ANZAC Day when Australians and New Zealanders remember their heroes; their war dead.
