    Given that some really difficult questions have been answered within the hour, I find it hard to beleive that this easy question is causing so much trouble. Or perhaps all the LOTR fans are on an Amazonian (Or Anduinian) cruise. ;)

    Seriously though, if no correct answer is forthcoming within 24 hours, I will post the answer, so that you can all kick yourselves for not getting it!
