Are you guys related in any way?

To all the new (Canadian) members, the username "CSP" is actually a requested abbreviation of "Canadian Super Patriot".

Yes, there is much you new members may not know about our fellow Canadian poster, CSP. He served three tours in the very bloody War of Australian Succession. During the Battle of Hans Island off Greenland's coast, CSP frequently engaged a Danish regiment commanded by another of our senior members, Christian.

Oh , yes , what a campaign. I can even remember the first battle. At 7:00am eastern time we arrived on the island in a small dingey. As we proceded towards the center of the island a flare shot off over us -meaning that was a warning from the danes to keep away. We endured the constant wooshing sounds of flares and made it to the center of the island unscathed. As we proceded to fly our flag , a party of danes with came along and informed us that it was their island. Shocked. We yelled back at them and kindly informed them it was our island and things totally turned into mayhem(no cliche included). We yelled at them and called them a bunch of pricks and they proceeded to call us "hosers" , but they pronounced it wrong and said "hoosers". One then threw a rock and hit me in the shin and that really really hurt , so I yelled at them and said "what did you do that for ? But to no reply. One of my comrades picked up a can of powdered potatoes from his mess kit and flung it at them, splattering mashed potatoe all over the uniform of the leader. The leader then replied "Our government will hear of this !" and he told his soldiers to back off. But before he left he said "we'll be back you snooty canadians".

    War is hell.

HEY!!!!! Don't call me a new member! I'm a lieutenant, and I've been registered since July 21! I've been a member of this forum for a month and 5 days now! Well, yes, I'm in China at the moment, which may play a part in the time difference, but, still, I'm not exactly "new". I'm not senior either, but I'm not "new". And where would I have heard CSP talk about his soldier experiences, anyway?

Born and raised in Napanee Ontario. (And no I never met Avril Lavigne)

And Blaster...technically the rank thing doesn't mean anything. It's just about your post count. Someone made a point somewhere around here (and it makeds sence to ) that some one can post 500 time a day and not know anything compared to the person who posts once a month and knows more than enought. (not impling anything...besides you probably know more than me)

Yes we already covered that on this forum or more or less touched upon making many oen or two word posts and having high rank or many not many long and detailed posts.

    rank

With a postal rate of 10.53 a day Blaster will very soon outrank you both so do not upset him!
Me? I would much prefer to revert to my old army rank of Trooper, these Micky Mouse commissions are a laugh, even more so when people think they are real!
Another thing Blaster, I am always intrigued by the age of posters, we have already established that 'MVK' is 14, may I ask how old are you?

Its not what you how many posts you have or how short on long they are. It is how intelligent and mature your posts are. It is more of what you say and how you say it rather than how often you post.

Ty I think it is paraphrase of another member. Gonna search to see who I paraphrased.

EDIT: I found it or at least part of it
I am confident in saying there was other posts about this topic but only one I could find at the moment.
    Edit 2:
    Found another one.
