    I don't see why not.

I have it all stuck together now - just need to paint the hull top nd the turret, then weathering, and I'm all done.

I've read through the thread but I'm still not quite sure about what a group build is all about. Could someone please spoonfeed me. ;)

Perhaps I'll join the next group build.

Basically a group of us all build a model on a chosen theme (this one is on Captured vehicles) within a set time period (though we always extend it ;) ). They are then judged by a mixture of the Admin and a public vote.

Winner gets a nice certificate from PanzerProfile and the honour of choosing the theme for the next build.

The matt varnish is currently drying on my model...

Usually only of the finished models.

I will post mine tomorrow - it is finished but I need natural light to take a good picture of it.

We were keeping all models TOP SECRET until it's time to vote.

Normally there are at least two months between group builds.GBIV has been extended to the end of January. There is still time to get in on this one.GBV should start sometime around April.

Yeah, no showing off until the deadline. It makes for a little more added suspense. ;)

I might have an idea for something I can do with a kit I have stacked in my closet ( and free up some space in my closet at the same time ), does the rules above still apply? Except for the finishing date which I understand is set to January 31st?

Does it have to be historically accurate by the way? Or is 'likely' good enough?

'Likely' is good enough.'Possible' is even better. As long as it is known that a vehicle was used in a certain time and place,it is assumed that it could have been captured.Any ground WWII ground vehicle is admissable.Tank,truck,jeep,tractor,train,bicycle...etc.
Be creative and do what you have to do to show the vehicle has been captured.
