Those are impressive, that bottom one looks like it's been made up of a number of seperate images, is it a sort of digital collage? Seconded on the source info, links to the originals would be appreciated.
mmm, those does not look real!!! on pic no. 4 the lamp is to big!!!!!! and if i can remember well. the wreck is bottom up and always the main turrets separate from the hull hey che, is this a diorama? and if it is real, how come you do not give us a link?please explain
Well spotted Me262! I've checked on the pics Che posted, it appears to be a 1:500 diorama I believe, my German is utterly dismal and nowhere near enough to translate but here's the page: http://www.modellversium.de/galerie/5-s ... sashi.html Bad Che!!! Naughty boy (Smacks nose with rolled newspaper)!!! We don't do that in here!!! (Wondering why I didn't pick up on the +100 foot wide search light myself... ) Seriously though, let's not go down the route of pretending fiction is fact please, speaking for myself I had enough of that with Bosworth...
and this is a diorama of the yamato's wreck i guess this discussion should be in the hobby section, :smok:
Me too (Now ). I think January's "Deerstalker award" should go to Me262 for unravelling the "Musashi hoax", Elementary my dear Me262...
As far as a fairly quick Google can ascertain, she hasn't, she apparently capsized which suggests a keel-down wreck is unlikely, Combined Fleet mention nothing of any wreck or artifacts ever being discovered or recovered.
Me 262 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why did you mention the big lamp, I just wanted to see how many authenticated these pix, sry 4 that, but honestly I first thought that they were real as well, when I found em via google. btw here are some nice illustrations of the sinking of the Musashi http://www.bismarck-class.dk/miscellane ... ttall.html
The first couple of pics are the most convincing. After that, you would need an enormous amount of light to illuminate what is being shown.Hoax or diorama,it is well done.
well the person that wouldve made this mustve spent a hella long of a time making the foliage look that great.
