    if there runners they should know the basics of what thats going to do to there knees and heels, but that is impressive.

    I run cross country and track at my school, my fastest 5k is 19 minutse 48 seconds. my mile is around 5:30... im junior varisty at my school but my school placed 3rd at state last 3 years in a row.

    cool vids , i once ran a mile in 5;40 but a 5k in under 20 minutes is quite impressive .

    I know several free runners and some guys who do Parkour (there is a name for them but I cannot spell it correctly)

    It has a huge following in Bristol and the surrounding areas with alot of talent, (some of the guys I know can do a lot if not most of what is shown in the video)

    some kids these days do truely amazing things ..on skateboards , bikes ,this free running ....amazing ..if i didnt see it with my own eyes ..i would say these things were imposible .
