I have a document dated "Bisley Camp 14 July 1945" signed by a Lieutenant Colonel, Chief Instructor Small Arms School Platoon Weapons and a Colonel, Commandant Small Arms School, Platoon Weapons.
Since I cannot figure out the signatures I would like to find out who these officers were in order to find out more about them.
Where to start a search ?

That's a lift from Wiki, LW.

Arthur, could you possibly scan the signatures?
A hint of name with the rank might just possibly help with finding them in the Gazette, Army List, or something.

Seems to be a wing in Netheravon as well as Hythe, does it imply either in the document? (Or even if they're Marines.)
Getting a few hits on 'British Army Officers', but nothing that fits rank & dates.

The SASC's heritage dept. might be contactable by post with the address here:

Oh, and I have the boss's permission to say that it might be worth visiting 'sister' site ww2talk.com for an ask.
Both places owned by the same man, but maybe a few more chaps on there with arcane knowledge of British Army stuff - certainly many better than I.

Thanks for the links, hereby scan of the signature of the officers and their function.
I'm also adding a photograph of men on training, could be at Bisley. The Belgians belong to the fusilier batallion of the 6th Belgian Infantry Brigade.
The officer with the general service cap could be wearing the badge of the Rifle Brigade. I haven't found out yet if there is any connection between the Rifle Brigade and
the Small Arms School. Also added a sharpened image of the other officer (on the right in the picture), but I can't figure out which badge he is wearing.
