So.... I'm torn between two options. I thought, what better way to decide than to ask the very knowledgeable people hanging around this forum. Here are the options: Option A: The soldiers will be changed to better reflect British airmen. Description of the book: No man is an island… and no man is left behind. May 1940: Royal Air Force pilot Harry Fitzgerald is one of millions of heroic Allied troops fighting against Nazi Germany. In the pitched heat of battle over the skies of Northern France, Fitzgerald is shot down by an enemy plane and captured. Miraculously, he escapes certain death and must make his way back to the Allied evacuation at Dunkirk. But Fitzgerald is in the middle of a war, and plans rarely work out here. At a chateau converted into a hospital, he encounters two of his wounded comrades. Too sick to reach Dunkirk by themselves, they lie in wait helplessly as the German army advances on them. Fitzgerald knows they have to come with him, and with the assistance of the French nurse Solange, the group attempts to reach Dunkirk before the Nazis can reach them. It’s a life-or-death mission through dangerous territory where nothing is guaranteed. In Dash for Dunkirk, authors Denis Caron and Fran Connor explore a world where loyalty and bravery face off against an unforgiving enemy. Bound together by duty and honor, our heroes push themselves to the limit through refugee-crowded streets, mechanical setbacks and enemy attacks. Will they reach safe harbor, or will the ultimate evil finally prevail? You can be the first to know when it launches by signing up here: www.dashfordunkirk.com Your feedback is greatly appreciated! Cheers, Denis Caron
For me there is no choice...Cover A. Maybe I could see Cover B, if the primary focus was on the RAF at Dunkirk, but from what has been described, the flying bits are only a small part of the beginning of the book.
Great attention to detail. Youre right, the Hurricanes that they fly in this book are all three bladed. Thanks for your input!
