Help with identifying a WWII tag found in Holland

Hello,

I'm trying to help with identifying an tag of an American soldier, that was found this week in Holland.
I tried to search records but came up with noting so far..
Ik would be grateful with any help, so we can possibly find out who this has belonged to an hopefully contact his relatives.

I already found out the following:

Third type July 1943 – March 1944
first line first name of soldier, second initial, surname
second line army serial number, tetanus immunization , tetanus toxoid, blood type
fifth line religion
name and address of next of kin are deleted 20 July 1943

And:
Flight Officers (1942): start with prefix T, followed by a series of digits T-80, T 1846, T-6367, T-136265, T 223076

 

He is not listed on the American Battle Monuments Comission online records, meaning he was not KIA or MIA.

I was doing some research on Fold3, and there appears to be a John H Kelly from Illinois listed on the USAAF casualty roster. I recently let me subscription lapse -- perhaps someone with a valid subscription could look into this?

 

So, according to this site: U.S. Army WW2 Dog Tags | WW2 US Medical Research Centre

This tag was issued after 20 july 1943 but before 31 march 1944 and belonged to a Flight Officer John H. Kelly.
Flight Officer indicates USAAF casualty is more likely than Army vet.

Here is a list with all know Army and Army Air Force casualties: WWII Army Casualties: Illinois

Unfortunately, it consists of scanned documents per state, divided in counties. Therefore searching through it is extremely time-consuming. As Illinois was mentioned, I scanned through a few counties and found a "John H. Kelly" with serial number 36754092 from Cook County (26. in the list) but his serial number is different.
