    Is it a Finnish uniform rather than German ?
    I wonder what @Kai-Petri has to say about it.

    In Germany he worked for Organization Todt.

    No, Finnish uniforms were more simple. German is my guess but nothing that would point to certain direction. A photo of Finnish uniforms with some Germans and Red army soldiers:

    My sources about this Serbian's stay in Finland are hard to find out. At the capitulation in Trondheim on May 8, he weighs 37 kg. In sources from 1951, it is said that he has fought among Russian partisans and been captured by Germans. The picture of him contradicts this. According to the sources from 1951 he comes to Norway in February 1945, which must mean that he is stationed at the Lyngen position. Maybe as a prisoner
