Need help with understanding a notation on WD AGO Form 66-4, Officer's and Warrant Officer's Qualification Card Copy
Box: 31 Remarks has the following notation -
"Atzd Br Sv Star Rhineland Camp. Ltd 3 USA AG 200.6/ GNMCA Dtd 21 Jun 45"
    I understand most of it
Authorized Bronze Service Star Rhineland Campaign. Letter 3rd US Army Adjutant General Office's decimal file system number 200.6 regarding Badges, citations, decorations, awards dated 21 June 1945.

I'm trying to find out what the GNMCA means.
    Can anyone help?

    Thanks
    LAS1

I have visited the Center of Military History website, this was not included in the glossary of terms.
Per the website, most of the staff is working from home and there is no one to answer calls and online questions have a substantial backlog.
Put this aside for now and moved to reviewing unit journals.
So I now have another question.
In the below journal entry, I know the ExO is the Executive Officer, second in command, but who goes C/S refer to?
    Thanks in advance.

I was thinking Chief of Staff would be CofS as in General Marshall.
Wasn't thinking Divisional Chief of Staff.
That would explain why C/S not CofS.

    Thanks
