My aunt participated in the program towards her first husband (who sketchy family legend has dying in the final days of Berlin). She said she was 'selected' for it and allocated a man in a very arranged manner, but I don't ever recall it being discussed in depth. (Granny called her 'Miss Belsen' for years after my uncle brought her home from postwar Germany... some topics were bound to be skirted slightly.)
