Hi everyone ! As the title said, yeah, I'm French. I'm actually an amateur historian working on the liberation of my hometown : Besançon, where the 3rd and 36th Infantry Division fought in early September 1944. I will post some information, photographs or anything related to my researches later. But the most curious of you may visit my Facebook page with a lot of things on it : Besançon Libération 1944. I'm also doing researches on individual stories of GI's who fought and died there. I already found some families and it's always so great ! I'm looking forward to learn a lot of things in this forum ! Regards, Ramses25
