    I am new here. I was a member of the Armchair General forums but it has been terminated. I am also a member of Historum.

    I have been exclusively studying the eastern front of the war. Recently finished the 5 volume David Glantz Stalingrad books. Also finished 2 books by Jason Mark. Island Of Fire and Death of the Leaping Horsemen (24th PzD).

    I joined the site to learn new facts on WWII and hopefully contribute a few of my own.

    Welcome. Have you read Eastern Inferno or Blood Red Snow? Both are first hand accounts of German soldiers on the Eastern Front. Very compelling reading.

    Yes I have both of those books in my library as well as many other memoirs from German, Russian, English and American soldiers.
