Tips For American Servicemen In Australia During The Second World War

Obviously I found this a source of pride:

    8. Friendliest Guys and Fine Physical Specimens
'American newspapers and magazines have been full of stories about the Aussies…All Americans who've had anything to do with them say they're among the friendliest guys in the world – and fine physical specimens of fighting men. So far in this war the Australians have been in all the hot spots – wherever the going has been tough. And they have the reputation for staying in there and pitching with anything they can get their hands on – and if there isn't anything else they use their hands'.

Most aren’t used anymore, or replaced more correctly...some are still in use. Some of the definitions are a little off too.
