I would have thought you mob have plenty to be thankful for...you are still alive, with Mr T going America's reputation has already notched upward a few points, and as Biden has said "It's time for America to sit at the head of the table again" in the world. I know you mob have plenty of domestic issues...I also know you have the brains and skill to work that $hit out...

(Last time Biden was in Australia, he had a lot of good things to say about us...we remember him).

 

I did the usual Thanksgiving night thing and watched Planes, Trains and Automobiles (again) for the umpteenth time.

 

My doctor said I had 6 months. Now he says I have 2 years. I wanto to share it with you llke it or not.

I recall the "I might be dying but....." was somewhere else but I cannot rememeber.

For our men in 1997 Hungary in a ping pong ball levelled 1-1 during the last minutes and we lost the game. This is and was the usual Finnish ending. You must see it on youtube it is so old (1997). Anyway, no problem otherwise watching it.

Was doing some research on Australian Dingos - I have a black and tan Dingo called "Dotty" - And discovered something I didn't know...

Have you heard of the Carolina Dog? Look a these beautiful examples...

Canis Familiaris is basically a dog...Dingos were classed as this until full DNA tesing was done, they are their own breed - "Over many years, dingoes have been called many scientific names: Canis lupus dingo (a subspecies of the wolf), Canis familiaris (a domestic dog), and Canis dingo (its own species within the genus Canis)."

They started giving the corona vaccine in the UK a couple of days ago. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the world follow soon. In Russia the vaccination was started a couple of weeks ago but no better details or clinical tests are not known of the "Sputnik" to my knowledge. Putin did not take it though.

 

Australia can afford to wait until march before we start our vaccinations...we want to see the good and the bad first. We have started letting in people from overseas via planes...and they are bringing the virus with them...bloody bloody...so far we have caught all of them, but I still think it's a dumb idea. Not wanting to point the finger but India seems to be a popular place for the virus...we should close our country to any country consistently bringing the virus over here IMO.

I’ll take the vaccine as soon as I can get it. The wife too. 75 and 70. The daughter-in-law will get it first at 48, as she is a physician. We have all the major chains of drug stores here as well as private ones. Time will tell.
