OK I watch anime and yeah girls and panzer is silly but I like the art work it looks very detailed. Yes its silly a bunch of high school girls driving tanks and trying to knock each other out, but it is amusing. One school is American armor another Russian another British another German and another Japanese oh and Italian. The Japanese armored school does typical banzi charge and get taken out. The heroes of the story are a mosh posh, panzer iv d, 38t, m3 grant, stug iii, and a type 89. They're the real under dogs but manage to win through to the finals, they manage to pick up a few more tanks along the way, Porsche tiger/ Ferdinand, chi nu and a char bis. They are a bunch of rag tag misfits. I guess it was big in Japan shows with girls in uniforms singing songs from the show and a whole line of models and figures.

I was always intrigued by the behemoth School Ships that are kilometers long and are simply gigantic aircraft carriers. Except for the French all they get is a measly submarine.

Are you kidding? I been watching Star Blazers for 40 some years now.

The Series has recently been redone with Series 1(2199) & 2(2202) being completed, and Series 3(2205) is currently on going.

I didn't really watch the history stuff started but lost interest when the guy was trying to say the ,,38t was a medium tank. I don't think so. I looked up online about the school ships and yeah don't know why the French have a sub. Funny the name of the ship is supposed to be Maginot but the school is surcouf the largest submarine at the time and classified cruiser submarine. I have to think it is some kind of insult to the French. Remember the Japanese fashioned their army after the French and even copied their field manual and copied some weapon's. But the French lost a border war with Germany and the Japanese lost faith in the French and sent military envois to Germany almost right away.

I still think the sub thing for the French is some kind of slur. I thought ok the ft17 the somas and char bi was typical but the ARL44 was like they hadn't even finished the prototype till 49 and only built 60. Did you like that Saunders was on the George Washington. It's funny they were all supposed to be japanese schools simulating other countries, Italy talk tough but lose, Germany war time and Germany occupied, France prewar and France Vichy and free states, Australia, Canada, USA, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech, Sweden, Burma, Spain, Norway, Finland the girls in the bt42 racing around shooting tanks left and right wonder how good that gun was...get their tracks knocked off the driver switches he's drive and off they go again on wheels and the other team is how they have no tracks, lol, then they get a hit flipping them over and fini. Oh yeah and two England one refined the other not so refined and arrogant. I think it totals 16. Japan chi ha tan typical tactics none charge and lose, the school that the show follows has no theme as a couple of others have no theme. Maybe the other French have the bearn or post war carrier. Oops was in the fan base again and there is 26 high schools and a prep college or something

Ha found a new anime the magnificent kotobuki, the world is spiraling down the only why for towns to trade goods is for huge Zeppelin like airships to transport cargo from town to town and have to hire and carry fighters to protect them fro pirates. The airships have huge internal flight deck that they open a ramp in front of the ship and the planes take off and land. The funny thing is all the aircraft air wwi Japanese type up to e5 and haven't seen any other nationality of planes than Japanese. The story follows six girls who are members of a squadron that are for hire. The fly hayabusas and other squadrons tease and taunt them because their girls and they fly obsolete planes. The girls end up saving other squadrons and shooting down lots of pirates flying zeros,Hines, and other better aircraft. The airship concept is interesting that so many modern companies are looking into it. I still think it's crazy they think it will replace commercial jets I think that is highly unlikely. And those dolts that built that experimental airship on that government grant saying what a success it was, I watched that special and I call it a insight to failure. It was small compared to what is needed. And had probes in a forty mile wind hats going to happen to a full size ship in a seventy or hundred mile an hour gust. The same thing that happened to the Macon and the Akron, wasn't there a third.

Watching more anime makes me laugh how much they try ti identify with the US, guy gets a job at MgRonalds part time then gets promoted to full time then shift manager. Starts thinking he can make it to assistant manager or manger of his own restaurant, things keep get better Nd better then drops dead when Sentucky fried chicken open across the street. In another show a food fad hits the younger generation when Burger Queen opens all over. Reminds me didn't the have something about Burger King in financial trouble and might close a bunch or restaurants. Funny as a lot of take out places have said they have good sales especially with delivery these days. Well won't be the first or last fast food to hit hard times. I've really never been a big fan of BK they don't have any really outstanding on the menu. Carl's has some good stuff like the phillysteak burger or the jalapeƱo burger. McDs usually has cheap deals.
