Its not a deterrent...It costs too much...Its not definately not...independant as the liars say it is...And no matter what agreement we have with you...we like to state we do not give out the precise number of missile bodies we have ....And Obama has just given the Russians the bloody serial numbers of our ones with no thought to our sovereign ownership. Fuming is the smoke coming out of MOD here at the moment. But its not newsworthy.

We need armed forces to fight future wars, not a revenge weapon to be used after deterence has failed. I'd rather fight it out to the end than have nothing to fight with.

Who you planning on nuking then mate? Didn't stop the Taliban, Ali Q, Iraqis, Argies, IRA, ET AL...wont stop Russia, China or Isreal even. They will be used if htey are used as a revenge weapon not a detterent weapon. Russia knew the risks on going into Gerogia...and ignored em...Not a detterent just a mind game.

I don't plan on nuking anyone. The Nuke buttons are in Washington. What I was saying is that no matter how I or anyone feels about situations that arise, the cheese in Washington will make the decision on what to do. We have to go along with it, sort of like the "rich man's war, poor man's fight" thing.

Were off topic mate...So I'll just say...I don't have to go along with anyone without kicking up a dust cloud..and that is what I do on occasions...We in UK don't even have a maritime survellance anymore...One frigate to guard the whole coast..But we have Trident..Not even under our own command. And we meekly x factorly say well....what can we do...We can make a noise for a start.

The third season of 'Misfits', a British supernatural-comedy series produced by E4.

Now you may ask: 'What have juvenile delinquents who suddenly get superpowers and kill one probation worker after the other have to do with WW2?’ More than you think.

They aired a ‘Let’s kill Hitler episode.’ Of course the attempt backfired disastrously. I was fearing for the worst but the ep was very well done. All the Nazis in Britain are British Nazis, having a British accent and in the end the Führer get’s his arse kicked by a girl. :D

Ok, that is about as war related as it get’s but in case you want to watch a TV show that is refershingly un-American with regard to sex and language, ‘Misfits’ it is!

Finished half of 'Thin Red Line'. Wanted to get a taste of Sean Penn and Nick Nolte since I'm excited for an upcoming film with both of them teaming up again.
    Pretty good movie.

Um, When you are done with your Time Machine may I borrow it for awhile so I could go back and kill Hitler in 1923? Production on Pirates of the Carribean 5 doesn't begin until this summer.

I watched "Stalingrad" for the first time last night. Its a nice change to see a film dealing with the Eastern Front.
