Many thanks Crapgame. I emailed them yesterday about the book. I'm trying to get the hardback version. Softback will do just as well, and I am definately looking forward to reading this book.

Alright I've given this one awhile, I'll try something else from the same movie. I'm not sure of what the main actors name was...alright it was about a small group of elite men who's mission was to go and break into an "impenetrable German fortress", in the end, to find out the names of some of the German spies in the American army. Hope that gives a little light into it.

Alright that one was Where Eagles Dare, great movie. I'll say another to keep it going: what movie has to do with American codes in the Pacific theater using another language?

Thx Carl... In which American war movie were we able to see a conglomerate of a Russian and a German tank? What tanks, and what tank should be portrayed this way?

I come here to remove the hint 'American' because I realize it's too easy, but see, already too late.
Over to you, but maybe you're still able to answer the question which tanks?!

Thanks Knight but sorry, proper designations of land vehicles aint my forte. Lets see.....
Name the old war movie that had Charles Bronson as a Sergeant fighting the Commies in Korea during the Korean War.
Hint Nr 1: It's a Black & White movie.
Hint Nr 2: This war movie also had a British Tank crew who had a Sherman Tank as their "ride" and they had named their tank Annie.
Hint Nr 3: (Gotta make sure you guys can guess this one) L.Q. Jones and Chuck Connors both were in this movie.

Target Zero
In fact, this was much harder to find than I had expected!
About my last question: The "Tiger" in SPR was in fact a well made-up T-34!

Thx, but what does "at bat" mean?
Next Q: In this very classic (anti-)war movie, a Colonel berates a General "degenerate" and "sadistic". It is...?

At bat is a Baseball term which means that a new player is next to bat the ball--at bat. In Baseball, a player uses a baseball bat to hit the thrown baseball.
Ah HA, the movie you want the title to is: Paths Of Glory with Kirk Douglas as the Colonel Dax, who berates the General.

Hi KM, thanks and, I could not think mof anything better to use than baseball terms.
What movie has a modern day Restaurantur, being (against his will) sent back in time to WW1,to meet his Time Brother--who is a British Officer/pilot in the Royal Flying Corps?
Hints: The "Time Brothers" meet and join forces. They have to find and destroy a "Sound Weapon" that the Germans had developed to use in order to break the stalemate on the Western Front.
Now, this Restaurantur, gets sent back and fourth in time and has no control over it. Every time he is sent back to ww1, he either has to "rescue" his British Time Brother, or has to escape the persuing Germans. Also, as he has no control over when he pops back and fourth in time, it often happens at the most in-opportune times.
What this weapon does is it kills you with intense sound and basically turns almost everything into a weakend state that if you touch something slightly, it will crumble into dust.
Name that movie!

You got it KM, and can you please tell me how you got it? This is a little known movie with little exposure.
BTW, the movie is entertaining and I liked it. I wish a sequal had been made--could have eventually beaten all the Indiana Jones Movies.
