A multiple part question, What was the country's first arsenal, who created it, when was it started and when was it phased out?

"Watervliet Arsenal that was founded in 1813 but is still in use.."
Unfortunately you might have to give some clues as I didn´t find more in the net than arsenals that were created after this...

Sorry for the delay guys but my unit has been busy. Kai you will have to go back a little further to find the correct arsenal. A hint, it was created in 1794.

Maybe this will be a little harder. German E-boats came upon an Allied training convoy in 1944 in which 2 LST's were sunk. Give me the operation and the LST numbers.

That is Vladimir Íllich Úlianov, 'Lenin'. I can notice that there's something 'wrong' with the picture but can't tell exactly what is it... Is it the that the shirt's buttons are in the wrong place?
