yep
Holding your arm out, head high with your thumb up (warning, an untrimmed nail will throw off your attack by 200 yards). Used in Korea and Vietnam as well.

Re: WWII Forums Quiz Part VII
I purposely re-named the pic - just trying to see if there were any sneaky, under-handed, 'rightclickthepictureandcheckthename' kinda guys out there....
Slip!.... I'm shocked!
Nope...it's definitely not a Mossie...as you pointed out, they are side-by-side (and a little fore and aft, to allow access to the nose area.)
Anyone?

Re: WWII Forums Quiz Part VII
Y_E_S_S_S_S_S!!!
The Bristol Beaufighter
One of their more noteworthy missions - a low level attack over Paris - they dropped a French flag over the Champs-Élysées avenue, and then turned and lauched their rockets on the Gestapo main building.
Ya just gotta admire 'em when they do it with such STYLE!
Take it away, Skunk!

I am a one of a couple of foreing Journalists who interviewd General Vlasov after the Battle of Moscow. I much admired him and was shocked at the news of his treason.
