The T-37 was basically a copy of the French AMR's anyway and with messrs Carden and Loyd in the mix, what you are saying is, it could have been produced by almost anyone in the 1930's

M4A1E5 tank. You can tell by the spaced VVSS suspension (give away is the grousers on both sides of the track). These were reworked early model M4A1s that were brought up to late war standards.

There seems to be a bit of confusion over the flamethrower models with the US Army at least. Depending on variant you have the -3-5 model or the R3 and the T33 model among others.
The vehicle shown is clearly an M4A1 or A2 as these are the cast hull variants in US use. Most likely if Marine, then an A2 The other diesel variant the A5 has a welded hull.
