Joe, it says at the top. "Quizzes have rules, make sure you read the rules and follow them before participating." The rules of the game are. If I get one right then it is down to me to set the next one. Correct?
You are not the quiz commander, I am.
BTW what on earth were you thinking by posting that awful picture. Both tiny and dark. I may be good but I am not bloody Superman.
While you are looking for this one maybe you will find a better picture.

Count yourself lucky I don't know where you live. If I did, there would be a mysterious package on your doorstep...
Where'd I put my bottle of Anthrax...?

Re: Name that tank!
There is a rather large clue pertaining to it's nationality painted on the side of this tank. See if you can CLOCK it.

Joe, If you need help, look here.
>>> a clue
Then again, as you already think you know it all you'll be able to answer it anyway.

Lets try and keep this thread civil please. This isn't a place for one-upsmanship...treat other members with respect even if you believe their knowledge to be inferior to yours.
You have been warned.

Re: Name that tank!
Can you tell a Mk IV from a Mk II or III ?
I was going to say,
Tank, Cruiser, Mk V, Covenanter (A13 Mk III).
Anyway what's this?
I know this is too easy for Bod.

Yes of course, can't everyone. Main differences are the external mantlet, front storage boxes and engine cooling louvres.

That too would have been correct although the terminology would have been a little outdated after the name Covenanter had been adopted in 1940.

Remember which side of the Atlantic you are Owen. This is 'Name that TANK'. Why have you posted an armoured car?

Re: Name that tank!
Ah, yes Bod, forgot which forum I was on.
Surely some of our other experts can get this on before we go back to tanks.
