Looks like the USS Neptune but it might be the Jason, Orion, Nereus, or Proteus as all look very similar.

USS St. Louis the last Brooklyn. Modified in design by adding 5"/38 twin turrets instead of 5"/25 single AA guns.

Then it must be CL 50 Helena the St. Louis' sister. These are the only two that match the configuration.
