The location you'll be seeking is the largest member of this archipelago. Any pilot shot down here would be in trouble, the island was crawling with angry Japanese, and the jungle was quite a Bush.

Thanks Lippert! Here's an island that should be easy to identify. The "tadpole" lies in a position to protect the capital of a US ally. It was also the HQ for American forces there before WWII.
