Nebelwerfer, because of the much smoke it left behind after it shot, they immediatly had to replace the nebelwerfer because planes could take them out easily.
It was for purpose against light infantry,.
And it earnd its nickname Screaming Mimmie during Sicily campaign.

I think that the problem was that he pointed at Light infantry, and ten seconds. The Durham Light Infantry from the 50th Northumbrian div. had a famous bayonet charge in Sicilly.

getting closer: it is a Fliegerhorst, but neither in Belgium , nor in Holland, remember it's near Orleans.

its was an airfield in ww2 used by the lehrgeshwader its near Orleans, its a major base now and its geographical

it's the airfield near Orleans , it has been on the allied target lists many times in 1944.
