What is the point of asking a question if you already know the answer, or you have already posted the answer

they are very 'basic' questions of ww2 since they are famous battles that you are reffering too everybody should know all those battles by heart, they play them same ones over and over again on the history channel adn virtually every ww2 history book on the planet mentions those battles, so why don't you come one with some less famous questions, ones we don't know, that way we are not contiuously answering the same question again and again in different threads.
PLus if you want to be technical about it some of your dates are off, d-day was never planned for June 6th 1944, the Battle of Britain has no actual starting date or finish(do you class it as the first attack over british skies, first british target attacked, first convoy attacked?) just hostilities started and ended around certain times.

Then you could argue that it begun much earlier if a lone recon plane crossed the channel. No?
or.
The Luftwaffe attacks the British Fleets anchorage at Scapa Flow in the Orkney Islands. This raid causes the death of a British civilian, the first of the war which was on the 16/3/1940
More than 100 German bombers make raids over Britain, 19/06/1940
so does this mean according to you that this is when the BoB started?
