I wondered when somebody would notice
Served in the Dutch airforce in small numbers before the German invasion, afterwards a single example served with the RAF.
Post-war several were made for private use.
Your turn, Za Rodinu

No, not even the Br.14 was that ugly! Besides, would I choose such a well known subject?

Oh well, that was my best guess. I will go to bed now and get my beauty sleep.
Skunk will have to come up with the answer.

Re: Name that plane
That was my first guess as well Mr. 152, but too many wing struts & alerion extras (Fokker DVII) missing.
Good one Za, I give. How-a-bout a hint ? French (or in French use) we know. I've not seen the like.

This was Blackburn's first dedicated torpedo-bomber. Capable of carrying the new Mk VIII torpedo, this 1918 biplane was designed by Harris Booth. The first three prototypes were sold to the British Air Board for less than cost. It was supposed to take off from HMS Argus and before attacking JETTISON it's main wheels and axle in order for the torpedo to drop clear. It was then supposed to land back on the carrier...on skids!

What a shitty concept! And the spelling is correct, thats' not a typo at all
On to you, Sir!
