Yes, it's Mayakovskaya station. The correct spelling is Маяковская, but in English you see it spelled different ways.
Is your picture Nazi Headquarters in Berlin?

Just to avoid pedantry I'll more correctly call it the Reich Air Ministry. Here's a photo of a model of it.
Been there, seen it, a deffo advantage. A lot of the offices of the Third Reich, as well as Hitler's bunker were typically around this area as it was the Third Reich Government Quarter (Regierungsviertel). It was also the first office of the DDR govt.
Let's stick with Berlin:
