Is the man with the gun Oberstleutnant Bandelow, IR "Grossdeutschland"?
Pancevo
Any input is welcome.

This should help you, Andy, though the man himself should not be too positive. I think he says it himself here:

So Lt.Col Fritz Bandelow of IR "Grossdeutschland", who ordered and led the execution seems to be the guy next to the Wehrmacht soldier with the helmet and the gun.
Thanks for the links,
Cheers,

Nice sites, Kai, as always! They helped us a lot to find out what was it all about. Horrible, indeed.

Horrible indeed, but usual Wehrmacht business in Serbia...the male Jewish victims of the Holocaust in Serbia were exterminated by the Wehrmacht, not the by SS.
Cheers,

Information often brings pain with it-unfortunately. This just proves the fact that not all SS were bad, and not all Wehrmacht were good.
